18 DVD + B Sides is a video album by American electronic musician Moby. It features a live concert at the Pyramid Stage at the Glastonbury Festival on June 29, 2003, various outtakes and studio demos taken from the Play and 18 studio sessions, a megamix with twelve remixes of six different songs from 18, and six music videos for five singles from 18. The DVD also contains an additional non-musical feature entitled Highlights from Moby TV, consisting of several short skits.

The television play begins with the story of Ishmael, an American sailor who sets out on a whaling voyage. The ship's captain, Ahab, is obsessed with getting revenge on a giant white whale known as Moby Dick. During a previous voyage, the whale bit off Ahab’s leg, and since then, the captain has worn a prosthetic.

This exclusive feature-length documentary film chronicles Moby's life story from his humble beginnings in rural Connecticut to his current status as world-renowned musician and song-writer. Filmed in high- definition in Europe, the USA and South America during his world tour of 2005 this film give hitherto unseen insight into the man and his music. Moby, along with friends, family, and associates, tells us his story in his own words and takes us back to where he was brought up and where he first earned his spurs as a DJ before creating his own music. This is a rare in-depth portrait of an artist, his life and work.
